After a few years away from the Crescent City, chef/owner Daniel Esses returned to New Orleans in early spring 2008 to bring together all of his culinary experiences to create innovative and delicious dishes. Chef Esses has started a food company called Esses Foods and he wants to bring New Orleaneans great tapas along with fresh pasta and sauces.

Esses Foods can be found at the Uptown Square Farmer's Market on Tuesdays, Bacchanal Wine Bar on select dates and frequently on Tuesdays or Thursdays at Clever Wine Bar serving tapas. Chef Daniel has also begun a themed-dinner series called Supper Club that is hosted in a different home every month.
